James J. Gregg

Founder & Of Counsel

Jim focuses his practice on business corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, providing business formation services as well as counsel as to corporate compliance matters, contract preparation, buy-sell agreements, and litigation management. He further serves many clients with counsel concerning trust and estate matters as well as probate proceedings and trust administration. Jim previously provided litigation management services for catastrophic claims involving government agencies including liability claims involving civil rights issues, severe injuries including burns, amputations, and paralysis.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and he received his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in both the State and Federal Courts in California.

Jim has a strong record of public service, working to serve children, the poor, the hungry, and the homeless in the Los Alamitos community and throughout Orange County.
